Rev. Elizabeth Cunningham
Rev. Elizabeth Cunningham was called to Stouffville United Church in September 2014, previously having served for 11 years at the neighbouring Mount Albert United Church. She brings with her a love of worship, a deep commitment to pastoral care, a delight in working with youth, and a dedication to writing relevant, meaningful sermons. Elizabeth was ordained in 2003, and received her MDiv from Emmanuel College. Her undergraduate BA is from the University of Toronto, Victoria College in English/Fine Arts. She is currently enrolled in the Doctor of Ministry in Preaching Program at Chicago Theological Seminary. Elizabeth has an ARCT in Piano Performance and brings with her a love of music to her ministry. Elizabeth serves on the Toronto United Church Council (TUCC) Steering Group for the Centre for Church Development and Leadership (CCDL). Elizabeth lives on a farm near Mount Albert with her husband Keith. Elizabeth has four children from a previous marriage, James, Kathryn, Lauren and Elyse, all employed and enjoying life! Elizabeth enjoys bird-watching, photography and gardening.
