Romans 8: 26-39 (NIV)
Prayer of Confession:
O Gracious God, you are the reason we are here. You have given us, on this earth, everything we need to survive and live. You provide what will fill out bellies, minds and souls.
Please show us the way so all who inhabit the earth can live in harmony with each other sharing what you provide. May we not waste what you have given us.
Forgive us and challenge us to a new way when we do. We ask this in Jesus’ name.

Words of Assurance:
Be assured that God is always with us. Even when we don’t listen or turn away, God remains with us, waiting for us to turn back, to open our eyes and ears to God’s will for our lives. Be assured that even when things seem unclear or uncertain, God is with us.
Breathe deeply God’s love for us.
